Sheep, goats and Iberian Pigs graze the land and the acorns give the regions world famous pata negra Jamon it’s distinctive flavor.

There are chickens who live in a large shed comprising of interconnected areas for nesting, roosting and eating there are also two large enclosed areas as well as being able to roam freely.

It is also a haven for wildlife from terrapins, newts, frogs, salamanders, lizards, snakes and many other types of amphibian and reptiles, to deer, wild boar, mongooses, genets, badgers, martins and foxes.
