After working with youth for a number of years, Jonathan Haward founded an outreach organization called Global Infusion, who takes medical teams to go to help the hurting and the sick, to replenish supplies where they are hard to come by, and to minister where the needs are great.

They are currently in Nepal, and occasionally have a stint of internet to send back some photos. I'm looking forward to more reports of their journey and the people they encountered:

Pre-trip medical preparations:

Team Nepal has flown out of Kathmandu and into the Himalayas today. 2/19/2015

What an adventurous bunch!

"We've completed our first trekking day and will be setting up for a full day of running a medical clinic in a Nepali village tomorrow"

2/20/2015:

"Team Nepal has just completed our first medical clinic day. Saw over 130 people in a Buddhist village. Prayed for many. Trekking 6+ hours tomorrow to the next village!"

After trekking all day yesterday, Team Nepal is about to go down to the village seen at the bottom of this picture. Medical clinic all day in another Buddhist village. 2/21/15

We even did some medical work on the trail yesterday:

Team Nepal as we trek out of Annapurna's Base Camp (14K+ feet) tomorrow on our way to the next medical ministry outreach

Jonathan thinks often of his beautiful family back home....
