How to Clean Your Rusty Tools With Two Ingredients You Already Have!
I don't know about you, but I have many tools that look like they have had better days. Weather they were left out in the rain, or the humidity got to them, or they are just aged; rust always seem to play a part in retiring my tools before necessary.
Here is a DIY rust remover literally made from two ingredients everyone has at home: Vinegar & Baking Soda.
Place your tool in a bucket of white vinegar and let it soak for three hours.
After it's soaked, either with an old toothbrush or cleaning brush, brush away at the rust spots.
Once your feel like you have brushed it efficiently, soak it in another bucket of baking soda water for five minutes.
After a few minutes of foaming, rinse the tooth off and your tool is as good as new!
Extra Tip: To prevent further rusting, coat tool in coconut oil.
